Strategy Planning:

Business Needs Assessment: Evaluate business objectives and operational challenges to identify areas for transformation including development of business case.

Technology Roadmapping: Create long-term technology plans that align with the business transformation strategy for owned identified and assigned projects.

Solution Evaluation: Assess third-party solutions and internal technologies for suitability in achieving objectives.

Design and Architecture:

Architecture Design: Develop comprehensive architectural designs for IT solutions that meet the needs of operational strategy, including scaling end-to-end process workflows

Interoperability: Ensure that solutions can easily integrate with existing systems and processes.

Scalability: Design solutions to be scalable, allowing for future growth and changes in strategy.

Implementation:

Technical Guidance: Provide technical oversight during the implementation phase to ensure alignment with the architecture.

Risk Mitigation: Identify and plan for potential risks associated with the technology solution.

Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of the implemented solutions, ensuring they meet specified requirements and performance criteria.

Collaboration and Communication:

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with GFS leads and senior stakeholders, market senior stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to communicate solution benefits and challenges.

Documentation: Produce detailed documents outlining the architecture, implemented solutions, and guidelines for maintenance and scaling.

Training: Conduct, facilitate or support digital upscaling training sessions to ensure the organization is equipped to effectively utilize the new solutions, including upskilling initiatives

Ongoing Maintenance:

Updates and Improvements: Regularly review the implemented solutions for opportunities to optimize or update based on business changes.

Issue Resolution: Provide expert advice for resolving any issues related to the architecture or implemented solutions.

Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions in meeting the operational strategy objectives.

Essential Requirements

  • You have a Degree in Statistical, Computer Science or any related field
  • Proven experience & capabilities in programming language i.e. C#, Java, .NET, C++, Analytical tools i.e. R, Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate
  • Experience in project management
  • Proficiencies: Problem Solving, Business Analysis, Teamwork - works well with culturally and geographically diverse teams, Communication and Project Management
