In the role of the Pharmacy Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for key accounts sales and partnership deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct liaison person with Retail Key Accounts for on purchasing and communication perspective (working together with FF to achieve sales goals).
- Responsible to deliver Retail Key Accounts business and sales goals.
- Direct liaison with Retail Key Accounts’ Stakeholders to understand and provide insights on their business priorities and plans. Use insights to build partnership initiatives.
- Build partnership initiatives (include early screening) with Retail Key Accounts (example Big, Caring, Alpro) to drive growth & penetration.
- Develop partnership tactical plan and KPIs in collaboration and agreement with Retail Channel Marketing and other cross functional teams for resource allocation.
- Ensure a culture of ethics, integrity, and compliance is embedded in all business practices alongside full accountability for effective oversight and open upward reporting of compliance status in partnership with Global Compliance
Essential Requirements
- Your education background is in science or marketing preferably with an MBA from a top university.
- You have experience in pharmaceutical retail key account management, sales and or marketing.
- You have strong business acumen, negotiation skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
- You are proficient in English and or Mandarin with strong communication skills.
- You adapt quickly and flexible in a dynamic learning environment.
- You can travel around Malaysia.
