You will be responsible in developing and leading assigned products to its optimal potential throughout the product lifecycle.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement brand strategies and foster strong collaboration across functional areas (organizing individuals, activities, communications, and resources) to achieve business objectives in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate high level of product knowledge in the therapy area
  • Gather data-driven market insights through in-depth customers and market
  • Prepares and executes meaningful customer sequence activities and executes campaigns across channels
  • Build professional relationships with KEEs and establish strong brand endorsement and advocacy among related therapy area
  • Conducts robust budget planning and operational financial management
  • Monitor sales and business trends to spot potential opportunities and challenges fast
  • Lead and complete annual business strategic and execution plans as well as other business reviews
  • Develop impacted content based on brand strategies and deliver a consistent voice across all channels (focus on Digital) and deploy the sales team and channels effectively.

Essential for the role

  • Your education background is in science, pharmacy or marketing preferably with an MBA from a top university
  • Experiences in pharmaceutical sales and particularly marketing; at least 3-5 years’ experience.
  • You are fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • You have strong learning agility and can adapt quickly in a fast pace environment
  • You demonstrate a strong growth mindset
  • Embraces strong collaboration and inclusion and diversity mindset
