■ 職務内容 / Job Description

＜役割目的＞オンコロジー事業本部社員の事業戦略に対する理解と信念を構築する。VISION2025, 2030の実現に向けて、社員のエンゲージメントを高める。
・オンコロジー事業本部内の多岐にわたる事業活動の広報戦略を策定し、事業戦略展開に向けて年間のコミュニケーションプランを立案し、最も効果的なチャネルを使用し（Nucleus、workplaceなどのe-channel、事業本部全体会議、各種会議など）確実に実行する。
・事業戦略・パイプライン・事業本部各部署の取組みをタイムリーに伝達し、進捗を称える。
・事業戦略アクションのリードおよびサポート（サステナビリティ、I&Dなど）
・部内のビジネスアップデートミーティング、パルスコミュニケーション、 月刊ニュースレターの作成などを通じて、リーダーシップのコミュニケーションを強化する。
・コミュニケーションチャネルの開発や改善、トレーニングの提供により、デジタルコミュニケーション能力を向上させ、コミュニケーションスタイルを変える。

Provides expert support in one or more areas related to Internal Communication as part of a team of Internal Communication specialists. 
Develops effective internal communication campaigns for one or more categories, and acts as an expert resources on internal communications for a geographical or functional area.

・様々な文体、ソフトウェアのアプリケーション等、フォーマットでコミュニケーション資材を作成した経験
・社内（チーム）でのコミュニケーション、エンゲージメントプログラムの経験
・チームリーダーとしてチームを率いて目標を達成し、成果を積み上げた経験

・広範な対象にコミュニケーションを実行した経験

【資格 / License】

・マーケティング、コミュニケーション、ジャーナリズムを専攻もしくは同等の資格を有する
