Job Description
A leadership role responsible for providing direction and management of the Strategy, Evidence Generation and Confidence activity in Hematology area of expertise. Proactively demonstrate the AZ Values.
• Lead medical strategy creation in accordance with hematology brand strategies
• Lead the execution via data generation, confidence, and new experience activities by extensive cross-divisional collaboration with adequate planning and management of budget to maximize the value of the responsible product for patients.
• Secure efficient MA-MSL activities in developing strategic, and high-quality materials for confidence activities by properly incorporating key scientific information from evidence and MSL insights.
• Take accountability of MSLs’ KPI, training and budget management and assess the impact of MSL activity regularly
• Manage and support team members to maximize individual team member’s capability by defining and delivering adequate assignment and necessary trainings in hematology area.
• Foster career development of team members with individual development plan
• Support Therapeutic Area Head in transforming the medical organization to execute industry-leading high quality medical activities in collaborating with cross-function teams, including brand team, R&D teams, and global medical counterparts.
• Act as an active member of EMLT for Medical Affairs governance.
【Experience】
<Mandatory>
• Sufficient knowledge and experience in managing external sponsored studies and company-sponsored non-interventional studies and MSL activity.
• Experience of Medical Affairs function within a pharmaceutical industry or R&D
• Significant experience and positive track record with project management in a pharmaceutical company
• Experience in relationship and stakeholder management
• Experience of people management

• Experience of basic or clinical research handling
• Ample experience with team budget management
• Team management experience
