What you’ll do
As Executive Assistant, you will be assisting key company executives with scheduling, organization and administrative tasks . You will also need to filter and attend to the day-to-day functions that are part of the executive’s role so that the executives can focus on the high-level leadership and strategy functions. This position is reporting to Executive Leader.
Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
General administrative service and provide administrative supports
Manage scheduling, provide logistics and conferencing supports for company executive(s)
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements such as tickets, hotel, logistics, meeting appointments etc.
Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
Lead a project team to support regional/global events locally
Clear communication of schedule/movements across SMT and direct reports;
Essential for the role
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years related working experience in senior executive’s support, MNC preferred
Highly motivated
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
Team player and a fast learner
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
Excellent presentation and communication skills of both oral and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
