Manager, Digital Learning

Are you ready to redefine the way we deliver training? As the Lead digital learning for US Training, improving programs with eLearning tech like Articulate, Synthesia. into the world of Artificial Intelligence to transform how we develop and deliver training. Your role will be pivotal in crafting engaging digital training resources that are timely and accessible for our field teams. You'll also lead all aspects of our educational platform, Cornerstone, ensuring smooth content management and adherence to regulations. Are you prepared to maintain a holistic view of learning content and ensure curricula meet learners' needs?

Accountabilities:

  • Assist in the invention and building of eLearning content using tools such as Articulate and Clipchamp
  • Assist in developing short training videos, quick reference guides, and web-based modules
  • Collaborate with Patient Services, HCP Engagement, and Compliance teams on key training initiatives
  • Help coordinate and run training content within our LMS platforms (Cornerstone and Degreed)
  • Provide support in collecting feedback and performance data to improve training effectiveness
  • Lead external training vendors in the creation of training content
  • Create and execute role-specific training for the US commercial organization
  • Update new-hire and sophisticated training resources for US field sales organization and internal commercial teams
  • Add creative value to the training team based on career experiences in sales training & leadership
  • Measure outcomes of training initiatives and create plans for continuous improvement

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • B.A./B.S degree
  • Experience in running a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Ability to work optimally in the cross-functional environment as well as independently on a consistent basis
  • Ability to develop strong, professional relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • A passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences
  • The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. As is typical of an office-based role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to: use a computer; engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging; engage in problem solving and non-linear thought, analysis, and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and video editing tools
  • Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles
