Accountabilities
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Franchise Lung and take charge of business results at a national level of the Lung Portfolio managing multiple Brands and indications. Your focus will be on business development and commercial execution, identifying new opportunities while nurturing talent for future leadership roles within the company. Key responsibilities include ensuring sales forecasts are met or exceeded, Launches Preparation, Execution Excellence, KEEs management, leading , inspiring and motivating FLMs , priorities and targets setting, coaching and mentoring of the FF, managing operational budgets regionally, collaboration with Brand Teams to optimize resource allocation. As a member of the Leadership Team of the Lung Franchise contribute to the culture, strategy and Go to market evolution in a high complexity marketplace scenario. You will also ensure compliance with regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and conduct activities in line with AstraZeneca's ethical standards and procedures.
Essential Skills/Experience
- +5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a Senior National Sales/Marketing leadership role
- Previous experience in the Oncology Therapeutic Area
- Excellent KEEs & Account Management Skills
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams, communication, budget management, presentation and negotiation skills in Italian and English
- Strategic thinking & business acumen
- Understanding of stakeholder needs to ensure brand strategy implementation
- Innovation and influencing skills
- Focus on results
- In-depth knowledge of the therapeutic area and target market
- Solid experience in people management
