Accountabilities
•    Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy and annual marketing plans for the assigned respiratory brand, aligned with company objectives and local regulations.  
•    Drive a cross-functional Brand Building process, ensuring that brand objectives are clear, measurable and embedded across functions.  
•    Guide and energise cross-functional teams to implement, monitor and refine brand plan actions, removing barriers and enabling rapid decision-making.  
•    Collaborate with analysts to interpret market data, identify key segment drivers, uncover growth opportunities and anticipate business risks.  
•    Shape and deliver promotional campaigns, public relations initiatives and advertising activities for the brand across traditional and digital channels.  
•    Support and engage the Field Force with compelling brand narratives, tools and resources that enable impactful customer interactions.  
•    Contribute to the design and delivery of training for field and customer service teams on brand strategy, messaging and scientific content.  
•    Work closely with sales leaders to spot opportunities, address issues quickly and align on tactics that drive performance.  
•    Coordinate cross-functional efforts to achieve the annual brand plan, tracking progress and adjusting plans based on insights and results.  
•    Strengthen the corporate image within the scientific community through high-quality scientific engagement and communication.  
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with Key External Experts, including collaboration on projects, meetings and publications, while partnering with Global teams on international initiatives.  
•    Ensure all activities and account relationships are managed in line with Company Values, Code of Conduct, internal guidelines/procedures and Italian legislation.

Essential Skills/Experience
 •    Business or Scientific Degree 
•    At least 4 years of marketing experience in healthcare or biopharma industry, with a strong preference for experience in the respiratory therapeutic area 
•    Experience in launching products 
•    In-depth understanding of commercial strategy, methodologies and tools (customer profiling and segmentation, market research techniques including patient journey mapping, competitive intelligence resources) 
•    Ability to lead and/or engage cross-functional working groups and teams 
 •    Excellent project management skills 
•    Strong communication skills 
•    Successful record of creating and deploying digital content & channels 
•    Proven experience of engaging with and leveraging insights from external customers e.g. KEE’s, prescribers, patients and payers 
•    Comfort operating in a highly regulated environment and industry 
•    Proficiency in English and Italian  

Desirable Skills/Experience

•    Experience working in complex healthcare ecosystems with multiple stakeholders.  
•    Background in respiratory disease management or related clinical pathways.  •    Exposure to omnichannel or integrated customer engagement strategies.  
•    Experience collaborating with global or regional brand teams.  
•    Understanding of Italian market access dynamics and payer environments.
