Guiar, liderar e impulsar el negocio en su área de actuación a través del diseño e implementación con éxito de planes comerciales orientados a mejorar la calidad de vida de los pacientes, alineados con la estrategia de la compañía, asegurando la movilización de su equipo, de los clientes y de la óptima utilización de los recursos.

Responsabilidades:

• Garantizar el alineamiento del equipo en cuanto a estrategia, objetivos y valores de AZ.

• Asegurar un excelente conocimiento científico y comercial del equipo que refuerce la correcta promoción de los productos y servicios de AZ, a partir de la definición, facilitación y seguimiento de un plan formativo focalizado en la consolidación de sus puntos fuertes, potenciando sus áreas de mejora y favoreciendo una motivación y clima adecuados.

• Liderar la mejora del desempeño, gestionando las herramientas disponibles (desarrollo del desempeño, feedforward, coaching, identificación de formación, gestión del talento, etc.).

• Documentar y registrar en el sistema el seguimiento de la actividad y el feedback del equipo.

• Recoger, analizar y proporcionar permanentemente insights cross funcionales sobre el entorno y el mercado, identificando oportunidades, barreras de acceso y necesidades que los clientes plantean para mejorar la vida de los pacientes.

• Utilizar los insights cross funcionales para proporcionar inputs a los planes regionales orientados a movilizar a los clientes y mejorar la salud de los pacientes.

• Compartir con los Brand Teams los insights cross funcionales con el objeto de facilitar y ajustar el Plan de Marketing de AZ.

• Aplicar la información procedente de los arquetipos del área de actuación para enfocar y enriquecer los planes estratégicos, utilizándola asimismo para desarrollar planes dirigidos tanto a los clientes prioritarios como al resto de stakeholders de su área de salud.• Diseñar un Plan Comercial diferencial y omnicanal para su área de influencia, basándolo en el análisis de su entorno y asignando de manera óptima los recursos necesarios para su consecución, asegurando su alineación con la estrategia definida en el Plan Regional.• Asegurar la coordinación cross funcional de los planes de su área, como soporte para la consecución de resultados.

• Consensuar las prioridades de las líneas de acción de los DVM a partir del plan comercial de su zona.

• Asegurar que cada una de las acciones diseñadas en los planes de acción sea implementada por los DVM con la excelencia requerida para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.

• Analizar continuamente la evolución de las ventas y el nivel de actividad en sus cuentas y área de salud, proponiendo, cuando sea necesario, planes de contingencia.

• Gestionar el presupuesto asignado y realizar su seguimiento, garantizando que se destina a acciones de valor añadido orientadas a la consecución de los objetivos de su área de salud.

• Supervisar que los DVM mantienen correctamente actualizado el sistema de gestión de la actividad comercial.

• Garantizar que los DVM tengan un adecuado conocimiento de los clientes que permita mantener actualizado su fichero y optimizar la gestión de su Call Plan.

• Verificar que los clientes clave posean el conocimiento adecuado de los productos de AZ, necesario para su correcto posicionamiento y diferenciación.

• Revisar la labor del equipo en cuanto a la optimización y el uso adecuado de todos los canales de interacción disponibles, con el fin de ofrecer la mejor experiencia a los clientes.

• Identificar e involucrar a otros stakeholders estratégicos de su comunidad autónoma, de acuerdo con el arquetipo propio de cada zona.

• Supervisar la relación productiva entre los equipos cross funcionales y asegurar el liderazgo de los DVM con todos los interlocutores de las cuentas clave, con el fin de maximizar los resultados y favorecer la correcta transmisión de los mensajes de promoción de los productos y servicios de AZ.

• Trabajar conjuntamente con los DVM y darles soporte en la gestión de los clientes clave.

• Proyectar, en la relación con clientes internos y externos, la imagen y los valores corporativos de AZ.

Requisitos

• Formación: Licenciatura o Grado.

• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones relevantes dentro de la industria farmacéutica.

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica con productos éticos

• Deseable: experiencia de al menos 2 años liderando equipos.
