Responsibilities
Asegurar los resultados de negocio y el posicionamiento comercial de la marca en sus cuentas/área sanitaria, en función de la estrategia del área terapéutica bajo su responsabilidad, a través del diseño e implementación de planes estratégicos dirigidos a todos los stakeholders clave de forma coordinada con los equipos cross-funcionales, con el fin de asegurar la accesibilidad del medicamento y un rápido posicionamiento, así como anticipar cambios en la práctica clínica para hacer llegar nuestros productos al mayor número de pacientes posible y mejorar su calidad de vida.
Responsabilidades:
1. Conocimiento y análisis del entorno sanitario
- Conocer y analizar toda la información del entorno a nivel de la oncología/patología, sus dinámicas y decisores clave en la toma de decisiones que afectan a la cuenta/área terapéutica/sanitaria de su responsabilidad.
- Conocer y analizar toda la información del ecosistema de decisores clave que afecta a las cuentas/área sanitaria de su responsabilidad.
- Trabajar de forma proactiva y cross-funcional para obtener insights continuos, identificar barreras y oportunidades y optimizar el patient journey, fomentando un diagnóstico temprano y mejorando la calidad asistencial.
- Asegurar el máximo impacto en los stakeholders mediante el diseño y ejecución de planes comerciales basados en el conocimiento del ecosistema oncológico/patología.
- Dar continuidad al plan de cuenta iniciado por el SSA antes del acceso de la indicación/marca para acelerar su desarrollo una vez aprobada la comercialización.
2. Análisis y planificación
- Analizar e integrar información del entorno, mercado, competencia y tendencias para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y priorizar acciones.
- Tomar decisiones ágiles basadas en datos, hallazgos y conocimiento científico.
- Identificar y perfilar a los distintos stakeholders (clientes, decisores, influenciadores y prescriptores) para los ejercicios de S&T.
- Informar y gestionar oportunidades, retos y necesidades de la cuenta junto al equipo cross-funcional, alineado con el plan estratégico del área terapéutica y el plan regional de la marca.
3. Gestión comercial
- Garantizar la ejecución de la estrategia del área terapéutica en los planes de cuenta y territorio.
- Alcanzar los objetivos de venta de las cuentas bajo su responsabilidad e implementar acciones correctoras cuando sea necesario.
- Identificar oportunidades de negocio que mejoren el patient journey.
- Gestionar todo el ciclo de vida del producto en las cuentas asignadas.
- Introducir los productos en hospitales no prioritarios coordinándose con los equipos regionales y centrales de acceso.
- Trabajar conjuntamente con el RAM para asegurar la alineación y el flujo de información.
- Identificar, segmentar y planificar acciones presenciales y no presenciales según el call plan.
4. Gestión de stakeholders
- Identificar y priorizar los stakeholders clave de cada cuenta.
- Establecer relaciones de confianza para ejecutar oportunidades y ofrecer soluciones que mejoren el patient journey.
- Perfilar y segmentar el universo de clientes para maximizar la experiencia omnicanal.
5. Compliance
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa interna y externa aplicable.
- Proyectar la imagen y los valores corporativos de AstraZeneca en todas las interacciones.
Requisitos
- Licenciatura o Grado universitario.
- Se aceptará experiencia profesional demostrable de más de 5 años en roles comerciales como equivalente.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en área Médica o de Marketing
- Mínimo 2 años de venta hospitalaria
- Valorable formación en Ciencias de la Salud.
- Valorable MBA o Máster.
- Mínimo 5 años en la industria farmacéutica.
- Al menos 2 años en gestión de clientes y venta hospitalaria.
- Customer Experience Orientation y Digital mindset.
- Manejo de herramientas digitales.
- Conocimiento del entorno farmacéutico y propuesta de valor.
- Inglés nivel B2.
- Valorable experiencia en el área terapéutica y en ventas remotas.
