¿Cuál será tu misión?
Liderar la estrategia y el plan de acción de la marca bajo tu responsabilidad, maximizando su impacto en el mercado y contribuyendo a mejorar los resultados para los pacientes. Trabajarás con un enfoque innovador, omnicanal y basado en datos, impulsando la colaboración transversal y la excelencia en la ejecución.
Principales responsabilidades
Participar en la definición de la estrategia de la marca y de su propuesta de valor, identificando oportunidades a través del análisis del mercado, el entorno sanitario, los pacientes y la competencia.
Desarrollar e implementar el Brand Plan, asegurando una ejecución excelente en colaboración con equipos de Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Ventas y otras áreas clave.
Liderar la implementación de iniciativas omnicanal, garantizando una experiencia diferenciada para clientes y stakeholders.
Analizar indicadores de negocio (KPIs), tendencias de mercado e insights para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas y optimizar el rendimiento de la marca.
Impulsar el uso de herramientas digitales, analítica avanzada e inteligencia artificial para mejorar la planificación, personalización y ejecución de las estrategias de marketing.
Gestionar y desarrollar relaciones con stakeholders clave, sociedades científicas y equipos de campo para identificar oportunidades y fortalecer el posicionamiento de la marca.
Coordinar equipos multifuncionales, fomentando la colaboración, la innovación y el intercambio de mejores prácticas tanto a nivel local como internacional.
Garantizar que todas las actividades se desarrollen conforme a las políticas internas y los requisitos regulatorios y de compliance.
¿Qué buscamos?
Más de 3 años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica.
Al menos 3 años de experiencia en Marketing, incluyendo gestión de marca, lanzamientos o proyectos estratégicos.
Experiencia en liderazgo transversal y gestión de stakeholders.
Capacidad demostrada para transformar datos e insights en estrategias de negocio.
Conocimiento de herramientas digitales, CRM, Power BI, analítica de datos e inteligencia artificial.
Nivel de Inglés C1.
Se valorará formación en Ciencias de la Salud, MBA o posgrado en Marketing, así como experiencia en áreas de acceso, médico o ventas.
