Responsibilities
1. MISIÓN
Impulsar y liderar la estrategia y plan de acción de la marca bajo su responsabilidad, coordinando el equipo cross funcional conforme a las directrices marcadas por la compañía y favoreciendo las sinergias entre diferentes áreas con el fin de maximizar el impacto de su marca en el mercado y ofrecer a los potenciales pacientes el mayor beneficio posible.
2. RESPONSABILIDADES
1. Definición de la estrategia
• Definir la estrategia y proposición de valor de la marca, a partir del conocimiento y análisis del entorno, mercado, clientes, patient journey y generación de insights procedentes de todas las fuentes a su alcance.
2. Planificación y ejecución
• Definición y planificación de experiencias, mensajes, contenidos, diseño de materiales y actividades adaptadas a cada canal y stakeholder alineado a la estrategia global. Además, definición de los recursos a emplear, haciendo un seguimiento de los objetivos y KPIs financieros, así como un seguimiento cualitativo, cuantitativo de las actividades y medición de los impactos.
• Asegurar la adecuada implantación en tiempo y forma de la estrategia, las acciones del Brand plan, el plan operacional y el plan de acceso, mediante la coordinación a nivel cross funcional y del resto de áreas de la compañía.
3. Ejercer liderazgo transversal
• Ser el líder de la marca y su referente estratégico, para los equipos crossfuncionales y comerciales, así como el interlocutor para los KEEs y sociedades científicas nacionales, mostrándose proactivo, entendiendo la realidad de las diferentes posiciones, trabajando en colaboración con los equipos, impulsando la Co-creación, inspirando y aportando valor.
• Ser el nexo de referencia para los equipos internacionales de la marca, dotando a los equipos globales de inputs locales para maximizar la estrategia de la marca.
• Liderar el Brand Team colaborando con los departamentos implicados en el Brand Plan, motivándoles e inspirándoles para su adecuada ejecución y logro de los objetivos de la marca.
4. Foco en el paciente y el cliente
• Pensar y actuar con foco en cliente y paciente, creando y trabajando un Customer y Patient journey y completando la visión con la información que recibe de diferentes fuentes (estudios, Advisory Boards, equipo cross, insights de campo,..) , sobre el que indaga necesidades, define estrategias, experiencias y acciones con los diferentes stakeholders.
• Ser y actuar en el entorno de la marca, como el embajador de la estrategia patient centricity.
5. Compliance
• Garantizar que todas las actividades relacionadas con su puesto de trabajo cumplen con la normativa externa e interna aplicable (políticas, procedimientos, estándares, directrices y código de conducta), planteando estrategias adecuadas en ese marco y asegurando que las acciones del Brand Plan lo cumplen y se adaptan a los cambios del entorno.

• Formación: Licenciatura / Grado
• Inglés: C1
• Informática: Office nivel avanzado
• Manejo de herramientas digitales.
• Experiencia en marketing o ventas de al menos 3 años preferiblemente en la industria farmacéutica y entorno sanitario

• Formación especializada en Ciencias de la Salud.
• Posgrado en Marketing o MBA.
• Conocimiento de entorno omnicanal • Experiencia en acceso.
