Responsibilities
MISIÓN:
Impulsar y coordinar la estrategia y el plan de acción definido para la marca bajo su responsabilidad, trabajando alineadamente con el equipo cross funcional conforme a las directrices marcadas por la compañía y favoreciendo las sinergias entre diferentes áreas funcionales con el fin de maximizar el impacto de su marca en el mercado y ofrecer a los potenciales pacientes el mayor beneficio posible.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
1. Planificación Estratégica:
Participar en la definición de la estrategia y propuesta de valor de la marca, a partir del conocimiento y análisis del entorno sanitario, el paciente, los procesos asistenciales relativos a su patología, los clientes implicados en el ámbito de su marca, el mercado de referencia y competidores, así como los insights procedentes e todas las fuentes a su alcance.
Coordinar el proceso de desarrollo de Brand Plan de la marca bajo su responsabilidad y la del resto del equipo con foco en el paciente y en el cliente, a través de un trabajo cross-funcional e incorporando y promoviendo ideas creativas e innovadoras, que ayuden a la generación de demanda, ampliando la base de pacientes, mejorando los procesos de derivación y niveles de adherencia a los tratamientos.
2. Ejecución y ressultados:
Ser y actuar como eje coordinador de la marca activando al equipo cross funcional en el diseño e implementación de los planes de marca, asegurando la adecuada ejecución en tiempo y forma del Brand Plan propuesto, alineando el customer engagement plan, el plan operacional y el plan de acceso con la estrategia.
Coordinar y hacer seguimiento de la estrategia omnicanal para optimizar la comunicación con los diferentes stakeholders incluyendo las experiencias, mensajes, contenidos y diseño de materiales, a través de un trabajo cross cross-funcional, alineado con la estrategia global y dando respuesta a necesidades de pacientes y clientes.
Definir y hacer seguimiento de Key Performance Indicators de los objetivos de negocio y financieros, monitorizando el plan operacional (haciendo seguimiento cualitativo, cuantitativo de las actividades y medición de los impactos) e identificando oportunidades de mejora continua para adaptar los planes en curso.
3. Gestión de Stakeholders:
Asegurar el conocimiento de los clientes clave con quien desarrollar relaciones y proyecto acorde a la planificación estratégica.
Identificar los clientes que juegan un papel clave para la marca e implementar la estrategia y tácticas definidas para cada uno.
Realizar visitas de acompañamiento a los equipos de campo para poder analizar la implementación de materiales y mensajes por parte de la red de ventas y recoger insights para adaptar la estrategia, la táctica y los materiales por parte de los equipos de central.
Proyectar, en su relación con clientes internos o externos, la imagen y valores corporativos de AstraZeneca.
4. Liderazgo Transversal:
Coordinar las operaciones del Brand Team y ser el referente de la marca para los equipos cross funcionales y comerciales, trabajando con ellos, impulsando la co -creación , inspirando y aportando valor para la adecuada ejecución y logro de los objetivos establecidos para la marca.
Coordinación con otros Business Managers de otras indicaciones dentro de la marca para buscar sinergias y eficiencias a nivel de Área Terapéutica
Dar soporte en la coordinación con los equipos de marketing internacionales de la marca, dotando a los equipos globales de inputs locales para maximizar la estrategia de la marca.
5. Compliance:
- Garantizar que todas las actividades relacionadas con su puesto de trabajo cumplen con la normativa externa e interna aplicable (políticas, procedimientos, estándares, directrices y código de conducta), planteando estrategias adecuadas en ese marco y asegurando que las acciones del Brand Plan lo cumplen y se adaptan a los cambios del entorno.

Formación Liceniatura/Grado.
Experiencia de 4-5 años en la industria farmacética.
Experiencia de al menos 3 años en equipos de Marketing de la industria farmacéutica desempeñando labores de Brand Manager.
Ingés C1 (Advanced)
Nivel Avanzado de Herramientas de Microsoft Office
Experiencia en gestión de clientes y elaboración de Advocacy Plan
