What you’ll do

The Content Delivery Associate is responsible for assisting in the development of content production services and the creation of marketing assets for the ANZ market and the omnichannel pod. In this role, you will collaborate with local company brand and digital leadership to deploy content production and creative services effectively within the ANZ market.
Some key responsibilities include:

  • Collaboration with ANZ Brand Leadership: Partner directly with ANZ brand leadership to drive full adoption of Manage the delivery of agreed content types, volumes, and cost savings.
  • Quality and Timeliness: Ensure that the quality and timelines for content delivery are agreed upon and maintained with respective brands. Monitor development and delivery of AstraZeneca’s content assets as per provided guidelines. Maintain an open dialogue to receive and act on feedback regarding the services.
  • Communications and Change Management: Work with respective brands to ensure all necessary communications and change management activities are delivered to the region and/or local marketing company for both existing and new content solutions.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Leverage reporting and metrics to communicate the overall adoption of GBS Commercial Operations (GCO) production services. Identify potential new production capabilities to support operational and value expansion.
  • Channel-Specific Communications: Assist Brand Managers with the deployment of channel-specific communications, such as Veeva Approved Emails.


Essential for the role:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Content Delivery Experience: Proven experience in managing content production delivery activities such as events, congress booths, promotional materials, and email campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong background in digital and email marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated experience in project management, including risk mitigation, planning, and operational delivery.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of working cross-functionally with high levels of commitment and follow-through.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective content delivery and project management.
  • Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in engaging and collaborating with internal stakeholders to promote and advocate for services

Desirable for the role:

  • Supplier Management: Proven experience in managing relationships with external suppliers and vendors.
  • Brand Marketing Experience: Background in local and/or global brand marketing, with a focus on developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Email Creation Skills: Proficiency in using WYSIWYG tools for email creation (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor).
  • Creative Skills: Ability to contribute creatively to content development and marketing strategies.
