Business Area

Join our Commercial Operations team within the broader Business Excellence function in ANZ. You’ll collaborate with Operations Quality, Finance and Brand Teams to meet governance requirements and support audit readiness. This role provides hands-on experience with quality systems (including customer licence management), operational data management, and the development of AI-enabled communications in partnership with Global Business Services (GBS) Malaysia. This is a part-time role, working 2 days a week.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain and validate licence records for pharmacies and wholesalers in our operations quality system to support audit readiness.
  • Manage large Excel datasets, transpose data into the AZ-specific quality platform, and run checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Track and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with internal stakeholders; draft clear, courteous emails for external requests as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of a communications bot with GBS Malaysia to streamline outreach to pharmacies and wholesalers.
  • Provide flexible support for routine Commercial Operations tasks (e.g., weekly wholesaler communications), based on workload.

Essential for the role

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (moderate-to-advanced), Outlook and Teams.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; able to question and clarify respectfully.
  • Comfort learning new systems and following structured processes.

Desirable for the role

  • Studies in supply chain/operations, sciences or engineering with commercial interest.
  • Familiarity with CAPA or regulated environments.
  • Curiosity about automation/AI and process improvement.
  • Stakeholder influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
