Typical Accountabilities- Works as part of a team to achieve manufacturing and quality goals.- Resolves technical issues and provides technical guidance to team members and internal customers.- Actively seeks out information to resolve problems and support informed decision-making.- Ensures that agreed priorities are accomplished and projects are delivered according to plan including any sustainability objectives.- Supports project delivery by analysing information to determine project requirements, and agreeing on action plans with project collaborators.- Ensures personal compliance with Health, Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice standards.- Contributes to continuous improvement activities utilising appropriate lean tools.- Drafts analysis, recommendations, and reports to advise cases, improvement plans, investigations, and performance improvements at higher business levels.- Supports on-going change management.- Is eager to build skills in, quickly adapt to, and embrace new digital tools and technologies.- Collaborates with team members to support digital adoption within the area.- Participates in personal development activities and is responsible for the development of less experienced team members.

Qualifications and SkillsEssential:

  • Experience and Education

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with a High School Diploma or 2 years with BS/BA in a relevant science or engineering field.

    Understanding of cGMP process and knowledge of CMC regulatory framework for biologics.

  • Knowledge of aseptic techniques for primary human cell cultures and GMP manufacturing and supporting tech transfer and GMP clinical/commercial manufacturing operations.

  • Be onsite 4 days a week to support a 10 hour shift Sun-W or W-Sat- set does not rotate​

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of industry practices, cell therapy manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Develop solutions to complex problems independently.

  • Refer to established precedents and policies or use original thinking.

  • Help determine goals of assignment.

  • Plan schedules and arranges own activities.

  • Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting goals.

  • Be onsite 4 days a week to support a 10 hour shift

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $81,992.80 - 122,989.20. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
