Are you ready to redefine respiratory care by combining clinical credibility with commercial excellence? In this role, you’ll lead integrated account strategy across hospital and primary care, using omnichannel engagement and NHS insights to unlock access, accelerate adoption and improve patient pathways. You’ll work in a fast‑moving, data‑informed team alongside medical and market access colleagues to turn insights into action—shaping local guidelines, advancing patient outcomes and delivering measurable business impact. Your work connects science and technology to the evolving needs of patients, healthcare professionals and system partners.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and deliver hospital and primary care account plans to drive adoption and growth.
  • Use digital, virtual and in‑person channels aligned to customer journeys.
  • Prioritise key accounts, pathways and decision makers.
  • Partner with RHM to secure formulary and support guideline/pathway changes.
  • Engage effectively across face‑to‑face and virtual settings to open access.
  • Be the respected respiratory expert with NHS customers and colleagues.
  • Keep patient outcomes central to HCP interactions.
  • Share insights and involve medical colleagues when needed.
  • Use sales data and NHS datasets (e.g., RightCare, HES) to identify opportunities with clear ROI.
  • Meet KPIs, deliver regional sales targets and execute agreed projects.
  • Map stakeholders and mobilise advocates across secondary care and PCNs.


Essential criteria

  • Qualified to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent
  • Full driving license
  • ABPI qualified
  • Successful sales experience, including primary & secondary both F2F & virtual
  • Presenting with strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Strong NHS knowledge and understanding
  • Strong result focus

Desirable criteria

  • Degree qualified
  • Knowledge of the customer and therapy area
  • Strong IT and analytical skills
  • Market access experience
