AstraZeneca’s UK Oncology Business Unit is seeking a strategic, driven, and collaborative Brand Manager to launch a new breast cancer molecule in the private sector while maximising performance of one of our in-market breast oncology product in the NHS‑. This role is pivotal to shaping our private care footprint in breast cancer: you will build data and insight-driven brand strategies, orchestrate best-in-class omnichannel execution tailored to private providers, and ensure seamless cross‑functional delivery to improve eligible patient access. In parallel, you will optimise existing brands and indications through rigorous performance management and customer engagement, ensuring synergy‑ across the franchise and a clear, compliant value story for clinicians, payers, and private hospital networks.

Accountabilities:

Your role will involve development and course correction of localised brand strategic plans for prelaunch and operational brands - as well as tactical delivery, localisation, and execution of the marketing plan across channels and touchpoints. You will use insight to build audience personas that shape the content and message matrix required for omnichannel customer experiences. You will drive the content creation engine to deliver engaging, immersive content across channels. You will manage the asset approval and compliance process with cross-functional partners and engage externally with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers. You will use insights and performance data to ensure tactical execution.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Degree qualified
  • Successfully launching products in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills
  • Creative multichannel marketing capabilities together with rigorous commercial business sense
  • Very strong cross-functional team collaboration and informal leadership skills
  • Good understanding of NHS and private markets in specialised care (oncology)
  • Experience in Oncology, preferably breast cancer

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Breast Oncology experience
