Responsibilities
Digital Compliance Analyst
Introduction to Role:
Join AstraZeneca, a company with a bold aspiration to improve the lives of 200 million patients by delivering 20 new medicines by 2030. As a Digital Services Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing AZ’s risk exposure for customer-facing digital assets. You will work across global and local marketing teams, Global Commercial Operations, Global Compliance, and Global Corporate Information Technology (IT). Your role will be pivotal in driving data quality and performance, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines, and fostering partnerships with marketing teams.
Accountabilities:
As a Digital Compliance Analyst, you will deliver on key strategies to support the Digital Compliance Services Team on process enhancement delivery projects. You will work across global and local marketing, commercial, IT, Global Compliance, privacy and cybersecurity teams to ensure task completion and compliance adherence for AstraZeneca’s global digital footprint. You will contribute to the delivery of the global digital assurance strategy by supporting areas of service growth will also manage the global digital catalogue as the single source of external digital asset information and build awareness of the risk and response to emerging digital trends within the global marketing area.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering or similar
- Proven track record of delivery of global projects and the development of pragmatic solutions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of key industry standards and regulations that influence digital media communications
- Proven experience of change management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing operations/Commercial IT platforms, risk management and business performance management
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards in the digital space
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of digital media and communication
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders across the globe
