Job Title: Change and Communications Specialist External Expert Engagement Services (E3S)

As part of the External Expert Engagement Services Team, you will be accountable for assessing the impact of system and process changes on our user communities, creating high-quality communications for our internal and external customer groups supporting these changes, and supporting the evolution of our internal communications assets and our internal social media presence.

Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with system development team, process lead, training team and end users to assess system and process changes, understand the impact of proposed changes and perform Change Impact Assessments. You will also create change management plans in collaboration with impacted users and change action owners, generate and issue communications and announcements linked to changes, and maintain E3S SharePoint and Nucleus sites.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Experience assessing and managing impact of change for teams operating with complex processes and systems

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks effectively; being adaptable and flexible to changing demands

  • Extensive experience of creating and issuing technical, service and process communications to internal customer groups

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Business English

  • Collaborative style, team player

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

  • Experience of supporting significant business change across different national and business boundaries

  • Strong ethical, interpersonal and collaborative and influencing skills

  • Assertive and confident interacting with individuals at all levels of the organisation including senior leaders

  • Strong problem-solving skills

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • PROSCI trained (or other recognized change management qualification)

  • Experience maintaining websites / SharePoint

  • Prior experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (Sales, Marketing, Research & Development, Compliance, Legal, Procurement) or a consulting firm working with pharmaceutical clients in a similar role

  • Experience creating video and animation content
