About the role:

You will be working with the UK Finance Deployment Lead for the Axial programme, to orchestrate the seamless plan and controls required for the UK Finance deployment to ensure a smooth delivery.

You will provide the intricacies of project delivery. Your implementation of the strategic vision will ensure that every aspect of the project lifecycle is executed flawlessly, from risk management to financial planning.

This role is your chance to showcase your expertise in agile delivery and SAP Activate methodology. You'll be the bridge between technical implementation and business strategy, reporting to senior programme leaders and driving results that will resonate throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing finance projects (ideally transformation / transition) with a good understanding of the complexity of the finance matrix in AZ

Typical Accountabilities:

  • Manage cross-functional initiatives that under pin the delivery of UK deployment in te Axial Programme.
  • Become the maestro of project governance, orchestrating complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Operationalise programme and business requirements into tangible solutions, working closely with design teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Champion change management from day one, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key business partners, becoming the go-to expert for all things Axial.

Essential Skills:

Bring your A-game with:

  • A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) that sets the foundation for your expertise.
  • Proven track record in finance transformation projects / programmes
  • Working knowledge of AZ Finance organisation
  • 5+ years demonstrable experience in project delivery
  • The ability to navigate global organizations with the finesse of a seasoned diplomat.
  • Communication skills that can inspire teams and align stakeholders with ease.
  • A knack for turning unstructured information into clear, actionable business requirements.
  • The courage to make tough decisions in the face of ambiguity and opposing viewpoints.
  • Experience in presenting to C-suite executives, both in writing and verbally.
