Scope definition and governance: Define and document cleanse scope, methodology, deliverables, and governance; establish ways of working that bring local markets, data services, and technology partners together around one plan.
Data quality management for business impact: Profile, interrogate, and validate data; implement controls and monitoring that surface risks early and ensure defects do not propagate into production processes.
Prioritization and transparent reporting: Sequence delivery across objects and markets; provide clear, concise status updates with risks, dependencies, and mitigations that enable significant steering.
Best practice acceleration: Leverage data management standards and expert communities to reuse methods, templates, and tooling; shorten cycle times while raising quality.
Stakeholder leadership: Build trusted relationships with warehouse, supply chain, and procurement stakeholders; coordinate across local teams and global program streams to align decisions and land change effectively.
Broader impact: In the near term, achieve a clean first migration; over time, embed sustainable data ownership and controls that improve planning, procurement, production, and reporting performance.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Education and experience: Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with relevant SAP experience and subject matter expertise in Operations objects and processes, particularly logistics and procurement.
SAP proficiency: Demonstrable working knowledge of SAP transactions and reporting, with understanding of data integration across SAP architectures.
Transformation leadership: Proven experience leading complex data quality/data migration initiatives within large-scale transformation programs.
Global collaboration: Experience working in diverse, global teams across functions and cultures.
Influence and negotiation: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and lead negotiations to target outcomes.
Delivery focus: Proven track record of prioritizing effectively to achieve goals and outcomes; demonstrated project leadership skills.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Hands-on experience delivering SAP S/4HANA migrations (greenfield or brownfield) in multi-country, large-scale environments.
