As a Development and Training Specialist for SF, you will play a key role in supporting the professional growth and effectiveness of our field teams. You will design, customize, and deliver training programs that contribute to achieving business objectives and ensure high performance across the Ukrainian organization. This role requires a dynamic approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-functional environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Development and Delivery of Training: Design, prepare, and implement training programs and materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and tests for company employees.
  • Training Sessions: Organize and deliver trainings, both in-person and remotely, for regional teams across Ukraine.
  • Program Effectiveness Monitoring: Analyze test results and employee feedback to assess training impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Employee Assessment: Evaluate professional level and performance of new staff, track progress, and support improvement plans.
  • Coaching: Provide training in coaching skills to employees.
  • Performance Evaluation: Participate in developing, updating, and implementing a consolidated employee performance evaluation system.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on training outcomes and employee assessments.
  • Annual Training Program: Contribute to the creation of annual development and training plans for field staff based on identified needs and individual approaches.
  • Collaboration: Partner with external trainers, experts, and internal colleagues from different countries to drive learning initiatives.
  • Global Material Adaptation: Analyze and adapt global training materials to meet local team requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Higher education (Pharmaceutical or Medical degree is an advantage).
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in staff training within a pharmaceutical company.
  • English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate level or higher.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint.
  • Business Trips: Willingness to travel for business purposes up to 80% of the time; valid driver's license required.
  • Industry Expertise: Knowledge of the market, clients, and ethical industry standards.
  • Training Techniques: Expertise in designing and applying effective training approaches.
  • Own Material Development: Demonstrated experience in developing training materials from own practice.
  • Key Competencies: Communication skills, organizational skills, flexibility and high learning agility, initiative, and result orientation.
