ROLE SUMMARY
- As a Brand Manager, you will lead the strategic marketing planning and execution of integrated omnichannel campaigns for promoted AZ Oncology Portfolio across Pakistan
- The position will be based in Karachi, Pakistan with travel requirement across Pakistan (40% of travel time)
What you’ll do
- Drives the marketing strategy and execution of product launches, including developing launch strategies, coordinating cross-functional activities and monitoring launch performance
- Ensures launch readiness and planning of key activities pre/post launch. Builds solid marketing mix through delivery of appropriate channels. Proposes and supports design of appropriate programs to deliver excellence in customer experience
- Identify potential new market insight using multiple sources including direct customer contact, field visits, field force feedback, market research and trend analysis to gain a deeper understanding of HCPs and payers
- Establish and maintain quality and trustful contacts within the relevant medical community, with opinion leaders, influencers, in compliance with local requirements: have frequent contact with field team, HCP and KOLs
- Partnering with cross functional and sales team and support them on tactical deployment and execution of marketing plan
- Demonstrates business ethics and ensure active respect of values, business ethics, local laws, policies, and marketing procedures. Ensures all activities and responsibilities are carried out in compliance with high standards of ethics and integrity required by the Code of Conduct, supporting Policies and Standards and Company Values to protect and enhance long term performance and reputation

Essential for the role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required (business administration or a similar field preferred).
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to develop and implement annual brand plans and various projects
- Excellent Interpersonal and projects management skills
- Ability to analyse data to formulate marketing plans
- Customer Orientation - making efforts to listen to and understand the customer (both internal and external); anticipating customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction
- Professional and Business Awareness – demonstrates knowledge of the company, customers, products, and the pharmaceutical industry; maintains current knowledge of new trends and developments in one’s profession
- Effectiveness and Productivity - ability to maximize the use of resources and produce results
- Stakeholders’ management to reach solutions and collaborates effectively with internal teams
Desirable for the role
- Product Launch experience is a plus
- Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Oncology experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- People management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
