ROLE SUMMARY
- Responsible for establishing the business relationship with the existing distributors across relevant market in a matter that meets AZ standards across different business functions through the DMF framework.
- Work with the relationship managers to ensure AZ process reflected in the DMF is followed in relation to distrbutor onboarding, assessment and termination where applicable.
- Identifies process gaps that may exist between AZ & distributors and creates solutions and platforms to enhances reporting and governance.
What you’ll do
DMF management:
- Bridges the two parties (AZ and distributors) in a way that enhances the partnership to ensure delivery of key goals and improved operations across different business areas.
- Works with the relationship manager and different business functions that are interacting with distributors to ensure AZ receives the desired outcomes as per our ambition and policies (DMF)
- Raises any gaps with the management of the distributors to ensure its closed properly in a way that meets AZ expectations.
- Suggest systems and platforms that enhances delivery of KPIs used to assess the performance of distributors.
- Works with the RMs to ensure the abidance and delivery of the DMF (distributor Management Framework) KPIs annually and quarterly.
- Sets quarterly meeting to have detailed review of the KPIs, performance and areas for improvement actions.
- Act as the first point of contact for the RM and will oversee the implementation and operational effectiveness of DMF i.e. all activities under the scope of DMF are consistently performed.

- Maintain highest ethical standards and work in a spirit of AstraZeneca Code of Ethics, following rules & norms set by corporate policies
- Ensure that all conducted activities are done in accordance with local legislation and corporate standards.
- Timely report (as per respective procedures): health/environment/wellbeing related accidents; adverse events that you became aware about; change in status of your Conflict of Interest.

Essential for the role
- Work experience (minimum 5 years) in commercial / finance roles.
- Advance MS Excel and BI/SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
Desirable for the role
- Work experience (minimum 3 years) from analytical & controlling positions within commercial.
- Advance MS Excel & Access with Macros and BI/SAP experience.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
