What You’ll Do

Typical Accountabilities:

  • Specifically work with the Brand team of BU CVRM, R&I, market visit, social media network to gain a full understanding of the brand, patients of brand, market and channel, especially for must win brand like Forxiga, Xigduo, Breztri, Symbicort, and stronghold brands like Crestor, Nexium.
  • Deliver digital MKT insight driven to BU to address commercial issue to help drive consumerization strategy.

Digital Marketing Champion for Retail (70%)

  • Brief, follow up, execute and monitor the Digital initiatives for retail like social post website, Zalo OA for patients, Zalo OA for HCP.
  • Build and owned media plan & keep tracking Media KPI like reach, impression, click and how improve Patient adherence with recommendation from doctor, contents with full project journey from plan, execute, measure and improve and  report result to Channel Development lead.
  • On boarding digital MKT vendor with 3PRM.
  • Follow up documents for Risk assessment, contract, exit strategy for initiatives for new initiatives.
  • Follow up with MKT team for contents which contents were aligned by BD team and own communication agenda on Website, Zalo OA.
  • Follow up with vendors & customers to upload contents on omnichannel as alignment.

Support business development team (30% - with assigned and aligned by line manager)

  • Deliver insight driven to BU to address commercial issue.
  • Proceed on system some operational tasks to make sure task on time in full.
  • Negotiate contracts with such service providers and suppliers like media, IT provider agency, service providers.
  • Work closely with Procurement on bidding procedure and selection vendor, and conduct PR/PO. Support agency management with regular feedback for improvement;
  • Support on the site for 3PRM procedure in evaluation, introducing new vendors, or re-assessment of the existing vendors;
  • In some assigned events with alignment of line manager, Channel BD executive will support assigned BU BD team with some big events like focus meeting in logistic, and document preparation for BDM raise E2E like contract, activities plan, agreement letters, process payment to HCP/HCO timely and correct, providing payment advice;

Compliance & Other Tasks:

  • Prioritize follow-up and tracking on adherence to the Code of Ethics, Compliance, and SOPs. Ensure the quarterly 1st line monitoring of the Business Unit's activities is completed on time and in full;
  • Ensure accurate control of documentation and coordinate with other functions to secure a high spirit of compliance for organizing meetings before and after events;
  • Coordinate with functional departments to conduct financial SOP training/ refresh training
  • Support on other internal company/BU events, such as NC, team meetings and ad-hoc projects.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Essential:

  • More than 3 years’ experience and knowledge in commercial, prefer in retail channel, preferred background MKT, Business development, E-commerce, digital MKT.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical industry, FMCG environment.
  • Proven experience of delivering added marketing campaign with demonstrate ROI
  • Excellent operational skills and ability to think strategically
  • Able to work cross‐functionally
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Knowledge and understanding of product (medicines)

• Desirable:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of experience in event management, administration tasks execution & monitoring
  • Potential to develop in Business Development team with higher position.
