What you’ll do

Role Purpose

  • Develop and manage strategic partnership with the three pharmacy chains to maximize AstraZeneca’s revenue, market share, and portfolio coverage.

  • Build and execute chain-specific Account Plans to secure listings, optimize commercial plan, ensure compliance, and drive commercial performance KPI at point of Sales .

Key Responsibilities

Customer and Stakeholder Management

  • Build long-term relationships with Executive/Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain, and QA/Compliance teams at Pharmacity, Trung Son, and An Khang, reinforcing credibility in line with the AZ Code of Conduct.

  • Maintain a structured engagement; understand SKU listing processes, category refresh cycles.

  • Ensure AZ products are listed and sustained with appropriate allocation; manage SKU lifecycle (launch, relist, delist).

  • Co-develop compliant solution bundles, patient education programs, and pharmacist/KOL education activities.

In‑Store Execution and Regional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Field Force/Trade teams to deliver pharmacy training.

  • Provide tools and compliant content for pharmacist education on products and disease areas; measure counseling quality.

  • Optimize inventory and supply flow in partnership with Supply/Distributors to reduce OOS, rebalance stock, and improve forecasting by season/campaign.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Essential

  • University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical Sales/Marketing, with at least 2 years in Key Account or chain pharmacy roles (MNC preferred).

  • Experience negotiating commercial terms (rebates, listing fees, merchandising), managing assortments, and running trade marketing programs with chains.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills; solid business and financial acumen; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

  • Cross‑functional collaboration skills (Marketing, Supply, Finance, Regulatory) and team leadership capability (for Manager).

  • Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
