Job Title: Sales Manager – Czech Republic - Respiratory

Introduction to Role:

Join us at AstraZeneca as a Sales Manager in our Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit. This role is a unique opportunity to fuse science with business, setting the direction for our pipeline. As a Sales Manager, you will effectively manage a sales team (7x MSRs) within the framework of agreed sales and marketing campaigns.

Accountabilities:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coaching MSRs, achieving sales and cost targets, implementing agreed strategies and tactics, and maintaining personal relationships with selected customers within TA. You will also be accountable for adherence to AZ ethical standards and responsible for the creation of the sales part of the business plan.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Sales line management experience (Leadership of team, KAM or MSR for three years)

  • Understanding of pharma business (Proven pharmaceutical industry experience)

  • MS Office proficiency

  • Efficient data management understanding & usage on daily basis

  • English skills (B1 minimum)

  • Driving licence

  • Leadership capabilities, team working, initiative, Sales&Cost management, communication skills, concern for people

  • Goal achiever, strong personality, adaptable and flexible leader & successor
