Corporate Affairs Specialist (DPČ) - 20 hours/week
We are looking for a Corporate Affairs Specialist who is eager to learn and will thrive in a dynamic environment. We can offer part-time cooperation at this point, but our goal is to change the role to a fulltime one within the next year! Are you interested to build your career within Corporate Affairs? What you can expect from the role:
As a specialist, you will support all Public and Corporate Affairs activities within the market. This includes administrative support, corporate communications, organization of internal/external events, PR/public affairs monitoring, stakeholders mapping, activity planning, and other ad-hoc activities.
You will also prepare supportive materials related to communication with governmental officials, sectoral associations, patient organizations, and other external partners.
Additionally, you will support the corporate affairs manager in internal communication across teams and help handle approval processes for press releases, key messages, and all external materials related to corporate affairs projects across the company.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
In the last year of Master´s studies or a recent Graduate who is interested to start in a part-time role with the possibility to grow further within AZ
Degree in media/journalism, political/social science or related fields
Previous experience in an international and multicultural environment is preferred
Experience in public relations and public affairs consultancy preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Goal-oriented and proactive with proven capability of multitasking and constant learning
Good understanding of political and healthcare environment is preferred
Excellent working knowledge of computer programs
Flexibility in terms of willingness to perform other tasks as assigned
