As a Marketing and Sales Assistant you will:
Support the franchise CVRM commercial department (both Marketing & Sales)
Handle all administrative tasks (enquiries, requests, appointments, calls, diaries, ...) in an optimal, timely & proactive way
Coordinate events, meetings, projects and guarantee operational success in line with compliance guidelines
Handle Cost & Spend management
Be a point of contact with suppliers and cross functional team
Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
Help organizing and maintain office common areas.
An ideal candidate will:

Essential skills and qualifications:
A degree and/or equivalent experience
Trilingual: French, Dutch and English
Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, internet, SAP, etc.
Desirable for the role:
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
