Are you ready to be at the forefront of our pioneering early talent initiatives? As our Graduate Programme Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of scientific talent across our sites in the US (Gaithersburg), UK (Cambridge), and Sweden (Gothenburg).
This thrilling 12-month fixed-term contract/secondment offers you the chance to champion our R&D graduate programs, from attracting top-tier talent to fostering their growth and development throughout their journey with us.

What you’ll do:

Your mission will be to ensure our programs thrive and deliver exceptional results. Collaborating with a diverse network of internal and external partners, including our early talent community, placement supervisors, and university career teams, you'll be the driving force behind every stage of the program. From recruitment and onboarding to placement management and beyond, your role will be integral to the success of our graduate programs.

As well as delivering the R&D graduate programme, there may be opportunities to support other early talent programme or contribute to our cross-R&D learning and development activities, depending on skills and interest.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for working with Early Talent

- Proven experience in a collaborative environment delivering positive business results

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

- Strong project and program management abilities

- Confident communicator comfortable representing the business both internally and externally

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in various tools and platforms

- Confidently handle data, adept at supporting the development and reporting of metrics.

- Ability to identify and drive improvements using innovative thinking

- Ability to work independently while engaging with multiple stakeholders

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Experience operating across business functions and geographies

- Global business area experience

- Background in Research and Development/Science environment

- Broad understanding of the Pharma industry

- Showcase knowledge of or previous experience in the Early Talent domain.
