TheSr.Training Managerfor theBreast FranchiseinOncologyaligns,designsand delivers learning anddevelopment experiences thatenableUS Commercialfieldpersonnel todrive effective engagement withcustomers. TheSr.Training Manager will beutilizedas the subject matter expertin aligning and developing trainingsolutionsmatched totheclinical and capability needsof the team. Areas of focus include new-hiretraining,ongoingcapabilitydevelopment aligned to brand/tumor strategy, andproduct orindicationlaunch training. Successful development of these solutions will require an understanding of the various needs of the Sales ForceandBrand and Tumor Strategy, as well as strong agency management skills.Strong communicationskills arerequiredto gain stakeholder alignment torecommended learning plans. Success factors for this role include cultural and operational adaptability,effectivestakeholder management,communicationand execution in a highly matrixed environment, and the ability toleverageagile ways of working.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
Anticipatingcurriculum developmentopportunities based on market trendsand alignedcustomer needs– proactive in recommending learning pathways
Being regarded astherapeuticexpert, proactivelysupportingpeersincontinuousdevelopment of theirClinical Acumen.
Flexing exceptional communication skills to multiple levels of stakeholders in a variety of situations: home officeand fieldleadership, cross-functional peers, large and small group facilitation, external agency management.
Leading without authority;collaboratingwith key stakeholders andbeinga leading contributor to shaping and influencing decisions and strategy

Guide and mentor Training Managers, Rotational Trainers, and Plan 100 Participants, if requested by Director
Consistentlyapplyingagile,continuous development processesagainst all solutions and programs
Essential for the role
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent required
3+ years of experience with subject matter knowledge and/or application within Oncology, preference for Breast experience
Healthcare consulting, project management or needs analysis at a business unit level
Minimum of at least3accumulated yearsof trainingortraining relatedexperience(eg.Rotational Training Manager, Regional Training Specialist, Foundations Trainer)
Ability to effectivelycommunicate andlead in a cross-functional environment, providing direction and guidance to team members with varied and complementary responsibilities
Strong knowledge of instructional systems designand/or adult learningmethodolgy
Desirable for the role
7+ years of a blend of Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Oncology sales or sales leadership experience
Ability to translate brand/marketing strategy into effective training plans
Thorough understanding of market dynamic within the oncology space
Advanced degree in a related field or equivalent
