Accountabilities

In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with product marketing teams and cross-functional teams to craft and deliver compelling product value propositions for patients, providers, and payers. Your focus will include clinical value propositions, Clinical Value Teams for different indications, brand planning access dimensions, payer and provider contracting strategies, and enabling Account Director success through strategic articulation and impactful customer assets. Essential Skills/Experience

- Bachelor's Degree.

- 7-10+ years of experience within the Pharmaceutical and/or Biopharmaceutical market in Market Access Strategy, Payer Marketing, Brand Strategy, Brand Marketing, Insight and analytics, and/or Life Science Consulting.

- Strong understanding of the U.S. market access landscape and the legal/regulatory environment for pharmaceuticals/biopharmaceuticals.

- Oncology and/or Specialty experience.

- Experience leading a direct report-aligned team.

- U.S. market experience.

- Willingness to travel domestically (up to 20%).

Desirable Skills/Experience

- Advanced Degree in a relevant field, e.g., MBA, PharmD, PhD, etc.

- Experience in customer-facing roles.

- Ability to work independently and experience developing and implementing strategy.

- Ability to lead complexity and ambiguity in a highly matrixed environment.

- Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare policy landscape.

- Results-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $211,000 to $317,000 . Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
