Typical Accountabilities:
• Helps ensures appropriate resources are available to deliver facilities related services to internal clients
• Acts as first decision maker, resolving staffing, technical and other issues through trouble-shooting and using existing knowledge and experience
• Provides technical guidance to team members and customers, seeking out information to resolve problems when necessary
• Participates in activities across multiple areas and teams, ensuring that agreed priorities are carried out and customer satisfaction is maintained
• Drafts information for discussion at higher levels within the business, including analysis to support business case documents, improvement plans, investigation reports, quality or performance improvement recommendations
• Keeps own knowledge of best practises and new developments relevant by learning from senior management
• Leads knowledge sharing and dissemination of best practices
• Analyses information to determine project requirements, determines delivery models and agrees action plan with project stakeholders
• Remains aware of technical developments in facilities management, and shares this with team as necessary
• Ensures standard processes and procedures are communicated and followed
• Reviews working practices and ensures non compliant processes are escalated to the Process Execution Team
• Ensures own work is compliant with Health, Safety and current Good Practice (GxP)
• Supports technical aspects of a specific line of business within the Manufacturing department
• Supports on-going change management

Compensation Pay Range:
71,749.60 - 107,624.40 USD Annual
The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position is outlined above. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
