Are you ready to build a world-class marketing engine that transforms how clinical trials are designed and delivered? This role leads the global marketing strategy for Evinova, shaping how our clinical development health tech solutions reach sponsors, partners, and research teams—ultimately accelerating the delivery of life-changing medicines to patients.

You will design and scale a full-funnel marketing capability across brand, product and solution marketing, demand generation, content, field/ABM, and marketing operations. Working side-by-side with Product, Commercial, Data/AI, and clinical experts, you will turn complex science and AI-enabled platforms into compelling narratives and measurable growth. Can you connect market insight to decisive action that shifts buyer behavior and grows enterprise pipeline?

Accountabilities:

Marketing Function Build-out: Define the operating model, organizational design, hiring plan, processes, and tooling for end-to-end marketing. Establish governance, goals and achievements, and a performance cadence that drives clarity and speed.
Brand and Market Positioning: Develop a differentiated value proposition for sponsors and partners across phases I–IV. Own the messaging architecture and narrative for the platform and solutions, including eClinical, eCOA, RWD/RWE, AI-enabled trial optimization, and decentralized/remote models.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Segment global markets, size opportunities, and prioritize indications and buyer personas (R&D leaders, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Data/AI, Procurement). Define pricing/packaging input and launch plans in partnership with Product and Commercial.

Demand Generation and Growth: Build pipeline through integrated campaigns, ABM, field marketing, partnerships, events, and digital channels. Stand up marketing automation, lead scoring, and lifecycle programs aligned to enterprise sales motions. Own targets for MQLs, SQLs, and contribution to bookings.
Product and Solution Marketing: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and win/loss studies. Create sales enablement, battlecards, and customer case evidence. Influence product roadmap with voice of customer and market insights.

Content and Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership in clinical development and data science across areas such as regulatory-grade data, AI transparency, patient engagement, and site activation. Publish white papers, host webinars, and drive conference presence with KOLs and partners.
Global Expansion and Localization: Tailor strategy for priority regions (US, EU, APAC) including regulatory nuances (GDPR, HIPAA), payer/provider landscapes, and language/local compliance considerations.

Partnerships and Ecosystem: Collaborate with CROs, technology partners, and data providers to drive joint marketing and co-sell motions. Support channel/alliances strategy and marketplace amplification.

Metrics and Marketing Operations: Implement marketing analytics, dashboards, and attribution (multitouch preferred). Optimize budget and channel mix for CAC/LTV efficiency; manage agencies and vendors.
