The Director, US CRM Business Strategy & Execution is a strategic leader responsible for defining and delivering the vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution of the next-generation CRM platform for US Oncology.

This role drives the design and deployment of transformational CRM capabilities, with a strong focus on omnichannel integration, user-centric experiences, and enterprise-scale impact.

Acting as the primary business owner for CRM in the US, this leader partners with Global IT, commercial leadership, integration partners, and field and HQ stakeholders to align global and local priorities, lead complex integrations, and ensure the platform delivers measurable business value, competitive advantage, and superior customer and user experiences.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with Sales and commercial leadership to define and prioritize CRM capabilities that improve sales effectiveness and business outcomes.

  • Translate business processes into scalable CRM workflows, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and consistent execution.

  • Represent US OBU business needs in global forums, shaping enterprise CRM strategy and ensuring alignment between global platforms and local requirements.

  • Lead the design, prioritization, and delivery of CRM features, integrations, and enhancements across cross-functional, cross-regional, and partner teams.

  • Own and manage the CRM implementation roadmap, including phasing, process redesign, technology enablement, and change management.

  • Drive seamless integration of CRM with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce ecosystem, data cloud, omnichannel tools), in close partnership with IT and technical teams.

  • Champion user experience and adoption by incorporating continuous feedback loops, improving usability, and enabling field and HQ effectiveness.

  • Sponsor and lead enterprise-wide change management and adoption strategies, including communications, training, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Monitor CRM performance through defined metrics and analytics, driving continuous improvement and innovation based on insights and evolving business needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners to drive alignment, manage risks, and maximize impact

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM platforms, including adoption, omnichannel engagement, large-scale implementations, and system integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, or equivalent).

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystem tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Sales Cloud (SFDC).

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and workflows, with the ability to translate business needs into CRM requirements that drive value for users, customers, and brands.

  • Experience managing System Integrator (SI) partners to ensure seamless delivery and execution.

  • Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Ability to operate across multiple areas of accountability, influencing both direct and indirect stakeholders.

  • Strong commitment to customer success and user experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Advanced degree

  • 8 years of experience in CRM platforms, including adoption, omnichannel engagement, large-scale implementations, and system integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, or equivalent)

  • Pharma Industry Experience

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $168,776 to $253,164. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans
