Whatyou'lldo:

  • Lead the development and execution of the publication strategy and tactical plan forOncologyglobal clinical studies in humans from PhaseIb-IV, and non-clinical trial sources including health economics and outcomes research, epidemiology, real-world evidence (RWE), payer, and non-interventional studies.

  • Head the development of scientific, clinical and RWE planning data intotimelypublications for prescribers, payers, and patients through disease state and medicine insights

  • Day-to-day management of assigned publication plans, delivery of outputs, financial tracking and meeting activities, working closely with all members of the delivery team and external alliances

  • Lead external agency partners to ensure the accuracy of publication plan and publication results with respect to time, quality and cost, and ensuringaccuratecompliance documentation

Required for the role:

  • Relevant university degree (BS/BA) or advanced degree in a scientific or medical field (egPharmD, PhD, MD)

  • 3+ years publications pharmaceutical experience or 5+ years in medical communications agency

  • Adept at collaborating across multiple functions and hierarchies to develop and execute long-term strategic publication plans on time and on budget

  • Be independent, organized, and able to act as a leader in a fast-paced environment

  • Communicate with collaboratorsregardingthe planning and development of publication deliverables

  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all publications

  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with agency partners

Nice to have:

  • Therapeutic knowledge in oncology

  • Knowledge of publication management systems

  • Certification as a Medical Publication Professional (CMPP) desired

The annual basepayfor this position ranges from $193,000 to $289,900. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility toparticipatein our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coveragein accordance withthe terms and conditions of the applicable plans.Additionaldetails of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
