Job Title: Director Digital Acceleration (Channels & Web Strategy)

Join us in our mission to revolutionize digital engagement in healthcare by leading our Channel & Web strategies within the Digital Acceleration program. As the Director of Channel & Web Acceleration, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that streamline digital interactions and improve the customer experience across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, adoption, and growth of all channel-related initiatives, driving innovative solutions to enhance web presence, and ensuring excellence in content delivery and platform usability. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Digital Acceleration and involves close collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive channel and web strategies to enhance digital engagement.
  • Oversee the implementation of new digital tools, focusing on improving website functionality, user experience, and overall channel effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and optimize current web platforms, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Ensure that all platforms are aligned with the business's digital acceleration strategy, meeting organizational and customer needs.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to track the success of web and channel initiatives, adjusting tactics as necessary to meet evolving business priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and product development teams to ensure alignment of all digital initiatives.
  • Manage and lead vendor relationships to deliver timely and quality execution of web and channel programs.
  • Develop and implement training and enablement programs for internal teams to effectively use digital platforms.
  • Manage the yearly budget planning process for all channel and web-related initiatives, ensuring financial alignment with business objectives.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, digital marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing digital channels and web platforms in a matrixed organization.
  • Proven experience in leading web development projects from concept to launch, including managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS-based web technologies, digital content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SGE, UX/UI design principles, and web accessibility standards.
  • Demonstrated success in defining channel strategies, managing multi-channel engagement programs, and optimizing the customer journey.
  • Experience working with data-driven decision-making and using metrics to drive continuous improvements in digital performance.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a focus on building relationships across teams, departments, and external partners.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • MBA or advanced degree in digital marketing or technology-related fields.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital strategy leadership roles in pharma, healthcare, or biotech industries.
  • Experience with enterprise digital transformation initiatives, focusing on scaling digital platforms across global markets.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
  • A dynamic and forward-thinking attitude, with the ability to lead change and inspire creativity within the team.
