This is an area where you are free to be more – you are encouraged to challenge traditional ways and test your curiosity. We drive innovative science, deliver key launches, build close collaboration and partnerships within health care.

This is your opportunity to get to impact the lives of patients with COPD and asthma as we are looking for a new Marketing Manager in our inhaled medicines team. You will join a high-performing team with experienced colleagues who are looking to make an impact.

The Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the overall brand strategy, marketing plan, and overall brand performance of our key asset. This role requires a deep understanding of the Finnish market dynamics through data-driven customer and patient insights as well as insights on the competitive landscapes and healthcare ecosystems. You will lead the cross-functional brand team to ensure strategic and operational alignment to achieve an effective implementation of brand campaigns and transforming care initiatives resulting in high market impact to the benefit of patients.

What you will do

  • Strategic planning and performance: Create clear, data‑driven strategic plans and uncover opportunities to deliver strong in‑market performance in COPD while building launch readiness and competitive differentiation for asthma.

  • Operational planning and content: Build detailed local operational plans, designing concepts, content, educational initiatives, and the overall marketing mix to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion across HCPs and key accounts.

  • Forecasting and resource management: Be a key contributor to the local forecast, providing assumptions, insights/trends and solid resource and budget management.

  • Marketing leadership and omnichannel: Head up local marketing efforts - including brand management, campaign creation and marketing activities - together with the cross‑functional team. Design and implement an omnichannel strategy to enhance end‑to‑end customer experience and drive GDMT‑aligned prescribing behaviour.

  • Executional excellence and innovation: Ensure continuous focus on execution quality, innovation, and agile optimization using customer and patient insights, CRM analytics, KPI dashboards, and marketing automation tools.

  • Above‑market engagement: Proactively engage global/regional colleagues to share best practices, secure high‑quality deliverables, and align on launch and growth priorities.

  • Cross‑functional leadership and transforming care: Lead and influence without authority across Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Regulatory. Identify barriers and opportunities in the healthcare system and, where appropriate, drive transforming care projects with clear strategic linkage and impact.
