Cross-Functional Engagement and Change Enablement: Partner with global and functional leaders to embed productivity into business planning and day-to-day execution; foster a culture of innovation, smart risk-taking, and experimentation.

Financial Impact and Reinvestment: Build robust business cases with clear KPIs; ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes such as cost savings, margin protection, and capacity release; track benefits through implementation.

Governance and Portfolio Management: Lead steering committees and working groups; manage decisions, risks, and dependencies; maintain a clear initiative pipeline, prioritization, and quarterly planning cadence.

Delivery Excellence: Define and plan new work, engage cross-functional teams, and drive milestones to completion on time; track benefits against baselines including efficiency gains and cycle-time reduction.

Change and Adoption Outcomes: Partner with HR on change impact assessments, training, communications, and adoption tracking (completion rates, usage metrics, process compliance) to embed new ways of working.

Continuous Improvement of EPO Ways of Working: Enhance templates, dashboards, and delivery playbooks; capture lessons learned to improve predictability, transparency, and delivery efficiency.

Essential Skills/Experience:
