Job Title: Production Planner - Manufacturing - Supply Chain
Introduction to role
The Production Planner role is to create and maintain a detailed integrated schedule for the Finished product manufacturing facility, coordinating line usage for batch production as well as all indirect activities, including maintenance, artwork, and drug product availability. This role ensures that materials are available on time in full to produce Finished Product Packaged at ADMF based on a detailed schedule. You will interact effectively with the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Artwork Finance, Procurement, and Quality departments regarding finite planning, material availability, schedule adherence, and act as a single point of contact to plan all process orders, batch, batch release, and shipment.
Accountabilities
• Finished Packaging Planning
o Liaise with the production planning Manager, maintenance planner, and manufacturing shift operations to create, maintain, and communicate a live finite production schedule which meets the required batch output as agreed with Supply Chain through the Sales and Operations Planning process.
o Manage a structured business process to identify, assess, and include all routine and non-routine (non-standard) work into the production schedule.
o Communicate the coordinated schedule effectively to all activity owners and collaborators to ensure right first-time execution and completion of tasks, preventing deviations and investigations.
o Collaborate with SAP to establish process orders for batch production.
• Materials management to support Finish Packaging production at ADMF
o Ensuring materials are planned accurately within the supply plan, and making sure to communicate and address any blocking issues regarding material availability within the plant.
• Manage Shipment schedule in collaboration with Global Logistics and Warehouse.
• Maintain SAP.
o Maintain process order and material consumption in line with our cGMP processes
o Master Data Management - Partner / Collaborate with Master Data Management in relation to material and production master data and associated processes (BOM. Production versions)
• Create and maintain Daily, weekly monthly reports of the Finished packaging operational status.
o Communications will be both written documents, and in formal and informal oral presentations.
o Applies analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/problems using multiple sources of information
• May be responsible for specific programs and/or projects
o Support new Product introduction and launches
o Assists with the preparation of project plans and manages projects to successful and timely completion.
• Write and support Change controls, deviations, and CAPA’s.

Essential Skills/Experience
• Minimum of 3 years Production planning experience in a GMP environment.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Able to work autonomously, take initiative, handle tasks that require collaboration across different teams.
• Proficient in use of SAP.
• Excellent Communication skills (Written/Oral)
• Demonstrated ability to drive planning adherence on an ongoing basis.
Desirable Skills/Experience
• MRP Knowledge
• SAP Experience
• 3rd level qualification in Planning, Materials Management, Business, Operations or Supply Chain Management/Logistics or other equivalent qualification.
