We are looking for a dynamic individual to fulfil the role of Senior Director, Digital & AI for Analytics and Process Transformation, International. The successful candidate will be accountable for re-wiring critical process to simplify and accelerate through AI and automation, starting with key performance analytics and annual business cycle processes.
The ideal candidate will be capable of navigating a senior leadership environment, securing progress with minimal direction, and showcasing proactive initiative. Moreover, Senior Director Digital & AI for Analytics and Process Transformation will bring domain expertise in Data, Insight and Analytics including performance analytics, data strategy, and data visualization with a strong understanding of business fundamentals.
Excellent cross functional leadership experience as well as an extensive knowledge of drug development and commercialization is crucial. Demonstrably strong skills in the areas of strategic thinking, decision making, communication, enterprise leadership, problem solving, influence without authority.
Accountabilities:
Digital & AI for Analytics and Process Transformation
Automation and Process redesign: Identify and automate high-friction workflows, applying AI automation to remove bottlenecks, reduce cycle times and manual effort while improving quality and compliance
Annual business cycle transformation: Embed AI to simplify and automate planning, forecasting, and performance reviews
Analytics modernization: Rewire key performance analytics (commercial, medical, market access) with standardized datasets, highly visual dashboards, and AI-enabled automation and analytics to accelerate decision-making, acting as voice into global GIBEX, EAI, AXIAL programs
AI & digital fluency: Define and execute the upskilling agenda for International — building AI literacy, data fluency, and digital ways-of-working across functions
Enterprise alignment: Partner with Global GIBEX, EAI, AXIAL and other enterprise programs to ensure International priorities are represented, while partnering to adapt global capabilities to local market realities
Essential Skills / Experience:
Subject-matter expertise in Sales and Marketing, AI, Digital and Innovation
Experience in Data, Insight and Analytics including Forecasting and Performance Analytics
Understanding of the dynamic external environment including new innovative digital technology
Highly developed communication and influencing abilities across organizational teams and levels in a large and matrixed operating environment
Ability to express sophisticated ideas in a clear and compelling way to multiple external and internal partner groups
Proven business partnering skills across multiple stakeholder groups
Proven project management skills in matrix organizations
An excellent communicator; ability to simplify complex messages into clear, visual stories and messages for executive presentations
Experience of working with Senior Management Teams with good understanding of decision-making dynamics
Evidence of the ability to pull together diverse teams over whom they have no line management responsibility
Experience of successful influencing cross functionally, cross-culturally and cross-TA
Evidence of strong independence and innovative seeker of strategic solutions; a strongly conceptual thinker
Curiosity and capability to understand and support business need from different business areas
Pragmatism and can-do attitude
