In this role, you will translate brand objectives into actionable, cross-channel campaign blueprints that help our marketers connect the right message to the right customer at the right time—ultimately supporting better outcomes for patients and the business.

Become part of a fast paced, agile delivery environment in Chennai, partnering closely with an Omnichannel Strategist and a multidisciplinary pod of specialists. Your clarity, judgment and hands-on expertise will ensure campaigns are set up across integrated tools and channels with robust tracking for performance analysis. Accountabilities:

• Campaign Blueprinting: Convert business requirements into comprehensive, unambiguous instructions that enable configuration specialists to build end-to-end omnichannel campaigns.
• Cross-Channel Orchestration: Guide how marketing systems and software are brought to bear across email automation, web assembly and tagging, CRM and content review, ensuring cohesive customer journeys.
• Sprint Readiness and Delivery: Produce inputs for timeboxed Sprint Events, prioritize work, and coordinate with delivery resources to meet plan and quality standards.
• Measurement Enablement: Specify tracking, tagging and data capture to ensure campaign performance can be monitored, analyzed and optimized.
• Collaborator Leadership: Serve as the single point of contact across delivery resources, providing direction without authority and aligning brand, agency and internal teams on timelines and deliverables.
• Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Surface risks early, develop options and recommendations, and mobilize subject matter experts to remove blockers.
• Standards and Tools Stewardship: Use defined templates, requirements capture tools and task management systems for traceability, transparency and efficient handoffs.
• Offer subject matter expertise on platform capabilities. Guide the delivery approach and downstream impacts of requirement changes. Promote methods that improve speed and quality over time.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years’ experience including:
• Business analysis responsible for understanding and recording client requirements to enable technical or operational delivery.
• Being responsible for or working within a technical development and/or operational delivery team.
• Coordinating a team of resources to deliver against a common objective.
• Working with technology tools that enable Content Production, Email Delivery and Automation, Website Assembly, and/or Digital Media optimization.
• Conceptual understanding of relational databases.
• Experience with task management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Knowledge or experience with Agile ways of working.
• Overseeing delivery of multi- or omnichannel customer experiences.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills; critical thinking; strong communication and cross-commercial collaboration.
• Ability to lead and influence without authority; upbeat, self-motivated, data-driven and passionate about efficient workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel.
• Experience or familiarity with the following tools and platforms:
• Adobe Campaign (or similar), Adobe Experience Manager and/or Web Analytics.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Veeva CRM and PromoMats for content review and validation.
• JIRA Atlassian and Confluence.
• Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager.
• Complex project management in a matrixed environment.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Scaled Agile Certification; familiarity with SAFe.
• Experience within the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry.
