  • Learning Analytics, Systems, and Governance: Oversee dashboards, analytics, and reporting to generate actionable insights; strengthen the data and systems backbone for data-driven decisions; ensure governance and effectiveness of learning systems and processes; review and present insights to leadership regularly.
  • Brand and Learning Culture: Lead L&D branding and communication initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption; build a compelling narrative around growth and capability; promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
