About the role

It is imperative that GCR&A team focuses on optimizing our delivery models, digital, automation, driving efficiencies that impact timelines and costs and quickly scale best practices for the benefit of the commercial business. This team is also accountable for excellent execution which underpins the core commercial marketing activities in omnichannel and commercial Reporting and ability to inform on performance. A key challenge will be ensuring that the Offshore Omnichannel Reporting Delivery team is operating in an optimized manner.

This candidate will be responsible for collecting and documenting detailed user reporting requirements and executing quality assurance to ensure all reporting requirements are satisfied. The candidate must be an effective liaison to the business end users and our reporting team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key liaison between Business End Users, IT and Power BI Development team; working with collaborators to identify their reporting/data requirements

  • Translate reporting business needs into technical reporting requirements with acceptance criteria for hand over to Power BI development team. Work with and support the development team to implement and test these report requirements

  • Collaborate continuously with the Agile Scrum team to groom, refine issues and plan sprints to implement new reporting efficiencies, achievements or scoping efforts

  • Assist in communicating reporting requests to main collaborators and identify training needs

  • Partner with the Digital Data Governance team to assist in data profiling, testing, and onboarding new data sets

  • Point of contact for any data related reporting questions or assist with fix data related issues

  • Partner with QA/Hypercare teams to ensure relevant tagging and data issues have been resolved or are being supervised

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge

  • Improve training and operational procedures within a business to improve efficiency and productivity

  • Be responsible for implementation projects from beginning to completion.

  • Use a Variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a role associated with reporting, analytics, and/or data management

  • Demonstrated understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing and advertising including multichannel and omnichannel

  • Demonstrable experience working with detailed report visualizations and data management

  • Experience with gathering user requirements, developing system documentation, testing or analytical business reports

  • Demonstrated interest in bringing to bear digital solutions to meet critical business needs

  • Experience in oral and written communication including analysis, report preparation and report presentation

  • Experience working with Power BI

  • Solid understanding of Data Modeling and BI Semantic Models

  • Experience using digital marketing channels to achieve marketing goals

  • Ability to explain business requirements to a technical audience

  • Ability to build trusted relationships across a range of partner groups including Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Technology

  • Ability to handle multiple projects running in parallel

  • Ability to drive outcomes while managing a team of indirect reports

  • Project management experience including risk mitigation and planning

  • Ability to influence, motivate, and inspire change

  • Demonstrated experience in problem solving and continuous improvement

  • Energetic, self-motivated, positive teammate

  • Digital Operations experience

Preferred:

  • 3+ years pharmaceutical brand marketing experience

  • Experience working with Power BI

  • Experience with agile principles and scrum delivery models
