Introduction to role:

Are you ready to lead enterprise-scale SAP EWM solutions that strengthen our global supply chain and help deliver medicines to patients faster and more reliably? This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions on design, data, and deployment will directly improve how life-changing therapies move from production to patients.

You will join a high-velocity technology organization that is scaling digital capabilities across the enterprise. Working with multi-functional partners, you will own the EWM agenda end to end—from shaping solution architecture through steady-state optimization—so warehouses run with precision, compliance is built into every move, and cycle times continually shrink. • Integration Leadership: Orchestrate seamless integration with MM, PP, QM, SD, and TM, ensuring data consistency and robust end-to-end process execution from production staging to shipment.
  • Data Migration and Quality: Plan and implement data migration using SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, ensuring master and transactional data integrity, controllership, and audit readiness.
  • Team Leadership and Coaching: Guide a team of EWM consultants, setting standards for design and documentation, reviewing configurations, and growing capability through structured coaching and feedback.
  • Automation and AI Enablement: Identify and implement productivity gains in EWM processes using automation and AI tools, demonstrating tangible improvements in cycle time, manual effort, and right-first-time metrics.
  • Operational Excellence and Shift Coverage: Provide leadership and decision support across shift patterns and flexible schedules to maintain 24x7 continuity and rapid incident resolution.
  • Stake-holder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, capture requirements, and simplify complex trade-offs for business and technology stake-holders to drive alignment and adoption.
  • Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Embed quality and validation needs into designs, and iterate using data and metrics to continually optimize warehouse flows and inventory management.
