Job Title: Digital HR Product Analyst

Introduction to role:

Are you prepared to transform complex HR needs into clear, scalable digital solutions that power hiring and talent growth across a global enterprise? In this role, you will sit at the heart of how we evolve our Talent Acquisition and Talent Management products, ensuring every change is grounded in real user needs and delivers measurable outcomes for the business and, ultimately, for patients.

You will be the first line of clarity for product demand, shaping ideas into actionable requirements and guiding them through delivery in collaboration with Product Managers, HRIT, process experts and technology vendors. Could you translate a flood of requests into a coherent, prioritised backlog that improves user journeys and accelerates our impact? With exposure to platforms such as Workday, Eightfold and specialist tools including HireVue, Radancy, LinkedIn and Fieldglass, you will help create a consistent and reliable experience for HR users worldwide.

Accountabilities:

Tickets and Demand Triaging: Bring structure to incoming queries, incidents, access requests and enhancement ideas by clarifying the problem, user groups, urgency and impact; route each item correctly and recommend whether it progresses, is redirected or addressed via guidance or training.

Requirements and Impact Assessment: Convert validated needs into detailed problem statements, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria; assess implications across processes, user journeys, data, integrations, access, privacy and security; identify gaps, dependencies and risks and involve specialists where required; maintain traceability from need to validation outcome.

Maintain complete and auditable records in ServiceNow and other tools. De-duplicate and link related items. Clarify readiness and provide evidence for prioritisation. Ensure ownership, next actions, and partner communications are clear. Monitor progress and raise blockers through governance.

Evaluate options with HRIT and vendors based on original requirements and the broader product landscape. Coordinate business validation and end-user testing, including scenarios, acceptance criteria, participation, results, and defect management. Confirm outcomes and ensure gaps are detailed and addressed. Support release readiness and change planning.

Provide timely and transparent updates on status, decisions, and next steps. Explain product and technical details in accessible language. Set realistic expectations while building confidence that requests are understood and managed consistently.

Collaboration and Portfolio Support: Build strong working relationships across product, process, HRIT and vendor teams; develop broad knowledge of the portfolio to provide flexible support across products as priorities shift; supply to team resilience through knowledge sharing, documentation and coverage.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Practical experience in product analysis, business analysis or HR technology, including requirements, demand assessment,or product support in an enterprise environment.

  • Ability to investigate a business or user problem, ask thoughtful questions and translate collaborator input into clear, structured and proportionate requirements.

  • Ability to assess scope, impact, priority, dependencies and risk, and to recognise when specialist product, process, technical or business input is needed.

  • Experience supporting user acceptance testing, including defining scenarios and success criteria, engaging users, recording results, capturing defects and confirming whether a solution meets the intended outcome.

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, capable of handling multiple requests at different stages, maintaining accurate records and following through on agreed actions.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency at explaining product or technical considerations in a clear, practical and accessible way.

  • Effective relationship-building skills and experience working collaboratively across business, product, process and technology teams.

  • A curious, customer-focused and practical outlook, with the rigor to ensure requests are accurately analysed and managed in a global, matrix environment.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with Workday and/or Eightfold or any other HR System

  • Familiarity with Talent Acquisition or Talent Management technologies, including platforms similar to HireVue, Radancy, LinkedIn, or Fieldglass, is a plus

  • Experience using ServiceNow or a comparable service-management platform to track demand, manage workflows, maintain records and provide collaborator updates.

  • AI and Digital Fluency, Demonstrable curiosity and confidence in using AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, productivity and stakeholder support. Able to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, apply appropriate human judgement, and use AI responsibly in line with data privacy, security and organisational standards.

  • Understanding of HR data, access, privacy, security and integration considerations within enterprise HR systems.

  • Awareness of candidate, employee, recruiter and manager journeys, and how digital products support these user groups.

  • Experience analysing product-support trends, user feedback, adoption information or service data to identify insights and improvement opportunities.

  • Experience working with collaborators across multiple countries, cultures and time zones.

  • Familiarity with technology releases, vendor roadmaps and the evaluation of new product functionality.
