You will be the go-to consultant translating business needs into robust SAP solutions—keeping our procure-to-pay and order-to-cash financial flows accurate, compliant and fast. Backed by significant investment and a modern technology environment, you will tackle complex integrations, streamline interfaces and elevate data quality so our scientists and clinicians can focus on what matters most.
Can you see yourself owning critical integrations and shaping how we demonstrate SAP to scale across markets while unlocking new levels of efficiency and insight?
Accountabilities:
Issue Resolution and Continuous Improvement: Triage, analyze and resolve SAP FI/CO issues reported by business users; identify root causes and deliver fixes that improve stability, control and user experience.
Change and Enhancement Delivery: Gather requirements, design and configure solutions, manage testing and deploy enhancements that meet business needs and regulatory standards.
Integration Ownership: Lead and optimize p2p to fi and fi to Sotc integrations; ensure interfaces, Idocs and Z developments deliver reliable, reconciled, end-to-end financial data flows.
Collaborator Engagement: Partner with finance, procurement and operational teams to capture requirements, set expectations and provide timely progress updates and user guidance.
Quality and Documentation: Produce clear functional specifications, test plans and user documentation; support knowledge transfer and adoption.
Delivery Rigor: Complete tasks assigned by the team lead and project coordinator on time; manage risks, dependencies and change/release cycles with rigor.
Data and Controls: Safeguard data integrity across FI/CO processes; support period-end close, reconciliations and audit/controls readiness.
Future-Ready Finance: Contribute to automation, analytics and cloud-enabled improvements that elevate performance and reduce manual effort over time.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Broad functional knowledge in their domain and good technical knowledge in the FI and CO modules.
Work experience in core modules of FI&CO, p2p to fi & fi to Sotc integrations, Interfaces, wbs, Idocs, z developments etc.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Experience working as a Functional Consultant resolving SAP issues and delivering change/enhancements for business users.
Hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or Central Finance migration or greenfield initiatives.
Strong knowledge of integration patterns across procurement, order-to-cash, project systems and reporting, including interface monitoring and error handling.
Comfort with Agile ways of working, including backlog management, user stories and iterative delivery.
Proficiency with SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM, testing tools and structured documentation practices.
Ability to lead requirements workshops, translate process needs into functional designs and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners.
Domain understanding of accounting and controlling processes (e.g., period-end close, IFRS considerations, product costing, profitability analysis) in a global environment.
Experience in regulated or life sciences settings, with attention to controls, auditability and data quality.

In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office.
