Introduction to role:
Do you love turning complex HR processes into simple, seamless experiences that make candidates and colleagues feel supported from day one? Are you ready to use HR technology and your eye for detail to improve the way we hire, onboard and handle data so the business can move faster for patients?
In this role, you will be a core member of our HR Services team, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers and HR colleagues across the region. Your work will ensure every candidate interaction is timely and professional, every new joiner is set up for success, and every data point in our systems is accurate and reliable. By streamlining recruitment administration and safeguarding data quality, you will help our organization make better decisions and accelerate impact where it matters most.
Accountabilities:
- Recruitment Coordination: Own end-to-end interview logistics, including scheduling, calendar management and panel coordination across time zones to reduce time-to-hire and elevate the candidate experience.
- Candidate Communication: Craft clear, professional messages, handle queries and keep candidates informed at every step to build trust and maintain momentum.
- Offers and Contracts: Prepare accurate job contracts and offer letters, ensuring compliance with policy and timely delivery to secure top talent.
- Onboarding Enablement: Coordinate onboarding activities for new joiners so equipment, access and information are in place on day one, enabling immediate productivity.
- Data Quality and Governance: Perform data quality checks in Workday, run error reports, identify data gaps and collaborate with Employees/Managers or Local HR to drive timely corrections and sustain high data integrity.
- SLA Delivery and Vendor Collaboration: Meet or exceed agreed-upon performance standards, coordinating with third-party providers to hit achievements and keep hiring on track.
- Issue Resolution: Triage and resolve cases through our HR service technologies, escalating appropriately and preventing recurrence through root-cause fixes.
- Technology and Process Optimization: Apply HR technologies such as Workday, case management, telephony and portals to work smarter; propose and implement improvements that simplify workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Impact Expansion: Start by mastering core activities; progress to spotting patterns in data, shaping better ways of working and contributing to regional standards that improve outcomes enterprise-wide.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience supporting HR processes and transactions, ideally in Workday
- Keen attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
- Understanding of common HR and service center enabling technologies e.g. case management, telephony and online user portals
- Able to communicate fluently in English
- Demonstrated ability to run meaningful tasks efficiently and prioritize workload within a matrixed team environment
- Experience in Microsoft applications
- Highly developed communications, organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with confidential data
- Experience of delivering against Service Level agreements, including working with third party providers to meet work deadlines
- Ability to think analytically and optimally problem tackle using creative solutions
- Flexibility and resourcefulness to change
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Recruiting modules, including report running and data audits
- Experience in a regional or global HR shared services or service center environment
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar case management tools
- Additional language skills to support regional stakeholders
- Knowledge of employment documentation practices and onboarding requirements across multiple countries
- Experience contributing to standard operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
